    I liked that the staff treated us warmly. Great reception from Oliver who received us. And a host called Amelia and all her colleagues were really nice. They reminded me what I miss the most - 🇰🇪 Kenyan hospitality. Top notch! Oh, I have to mention Esther (or Eunice) the seamstress. She did trousers for us at express speed. I definitely recommend checking her out.

    I honestly cannot think of anything we didn't like. We were there to have a great time. And everyone and everything made sure we did.

    The most we like about this hotel is the restaurant. The food was always amazing! We were impressed by the festive arrangement for New Year Eve dinner. The staff is very friendly and kind. It felt that they knew us for a long time and we are a part of the big hotel family. The hotel compound is green and good planned. There were a lot of different entertainment arrangements for kids and adults. Nice two swimming pools with a bit different water temp for your choice. Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Beach in the compound was equipped with lounges and nice sofas. Could not count the total amount of bars they were everywhere. That was perfect new year journey.

    Do not expect crystal clear ocean water in Malindi. It’s ok to swim. But a lot of sea weeds on the coast line. Watamu is a bit cleaner.

    The food, pools, beach bar all excellent! Breakfast was great also Samuel on the front desk was so helpful

    The staff don’t always wear masks correctly! The gym was a let down, no tread mill or cross trainer, not the best facilities!
